Neetah Cheetah

It all started when…

Neetah Cheetah formed in 1989 when Neil Russell ex-Glasgow bass player, got together with guitarist Paul Murdoch ex-Apres Ski, Avalon and Prowler. Paul brought Craig Leslie on board and they band started rehearsing with singer Ali McInnes. Lorraine Murray soon joined to give extra vocal power. They performed mainly in the Clydebank area and recorded two albums. Neetah Cheetah and Pause for Claws. They also win Mick’s Music Awards and featured in the Glssgow Evening Times. They went their separate ways in 1991.
